Obesity is now a growing anomaly in just about every corner of the world, in rich and poor countries alike. Obesity and weight problems are on high across the world. There are some people who can eat cake and anything else they want and still not go up some weight. At the other side are people who seem to gain weight no matter how little they eat. Why and what are the reason of obesity?

Today people eat wrong kinds of food and it affecting on their lives. It can be eating increase amounts of like example added sugar and it can have bad effects on expansion, leading to insulin reluctance and to high belly fat gain. The studies showing people who eat more sugar are the most leading danger of getting type of heart disease and even cancer. Sugar is also fattening and it make us eat more and it effects on hormones related to obesity. Studies show that peoples who eating so much sugar are so high endanger of obesity. 
Candy, chips and fast food they are also densely marketed their products which are swiftly becoming cheaper and more available than healthier alternatives like example fruits and vegetables. The real food isn’t cheap and It’s important to know that, it’s only refined food. Real foods is known that it’s so expensive that a lot of persons can’t even afford them.

A person whose weight is higher than what is considered as normal weight adjusted for height is described as being overweight or having obesity. Obesity is generally caused by eating too much and moving too little. On a very simple level our weight depends on the number of calories we consume, how many of calories we store and how many we burn up. In other words, if we consume high amounts of energy, particularly fats and sugars but don’t burn off the energy through exercises and physical activity, much of surplus energy will be stored by body as fat.
In earlier centuries humans used to have less stress levels as of now and they used to work more than we do as technology was not much involved. Nowadays we do everything on internet from little thing to bigger things, we do shopping on internet, we pay bills online, we order a cab online, we order almost everything online so what makes a big difference here is in earlier age people were supposed to do it while involving physical activity and they used to be more fit and they keep burning their calories regularly and thus having a healthier life style. But unfortunately we are more dependent on technology now not on ourselves, which makes us more lazy resulting in more obesity. 
Obesity has been associated with a wide range of diseases, disorders and other health concerns, obese individuals are at an increased risk for developing hypertension, heart disease, stroke, diabetes and certain types of cancer.
In order to experience positive changes, we must adopt some good hobbits like as reduce portion sizes for higher calories of food while increasing portion sizes of low calories food, taking time while eating, reducing stress and doing some meditation, improving sleep, limiting tv time.
Yet efforts to combat obesity primarily through prevention are beginning to gain traction if by a step at a time.
